Women Booster club question

Our booster's established a "championship fund" for L9/L10 easterns and nationals. A percentage of all fundraising goes into this fund. Do your gyms do this? If so what does it cover (i.e. meet fees, coaches fees and expenses, travel expenses for gymnast)? Do you have a max?

Just curious how other gyms may do this.

We have money put aside to cover this, but I don't know how much. My guess is that it would cover travel expenses for coach and gymnast.

No, our booster club didn't have a separate fund like that--funding expenses for Nationals was part of our regular budget (and paid for all coaches expenses, plus meet fees for gymnast. Travel, hotel, etc. for gymnast was responsibility of gymnast family.)

Ours is also built into the general budget, no separate fund. They cover coaches expenses (all travel, hotel,etc) just like a regular meet. Covers gymnast entry fee, and gymnast airfare. But hotel and parent travel is additional, and we are responsible for getting them there.
