My daughter had a long bars session yesterday and developed a bubble under her callus. In the past these have always turned into rips. She has a meet next week so this is not a great time for a rip. Any suggestions? She tried popping it yesterday. Today she did a limited time on bars and the bubble just refilled. At this point, if it's going to rip, it would be better to do it sooner than later so it can heal before her meet.
