At what level does a gymnast need to know how to do a cast handstand? Thanks!

I may be very wrong, but I think L6 is the first level where kip cast HS will receive a deduction if not to HS & compulsory levels have different degree requirements on casts.
I know in TOPS, for 7 year old testers, the casts must be above horizontal to count. The degree is measured from the lowest point on the body. I can't remember for 8, 9, & 10 year olds.

My DD did them starting at level 6.

Cast are required to be to HS by level 6 if you don't want a deduction.
