Parents Coaches gifts

OK, so now that we are into November I am starting to think about a gift for ds's coach for the holidays. Anything you've given that has gone over well? Coaches, what do you like to get and is there anything to stay away from?

A simple gift would be a framed team pictures, with all the girls writing something on the mat surrounding the picture. We also take up a collection and buy gift cards depending on the coached likes (Target, Dicks, Gander Mountain, etc..). Panera Bread is right by the gym, I would get them a gift card there. Also Starbucks gift cards, especially if one is a coffee drinker.

Year end gift that is popular is a scrap book. Each gymnast gets a page and designs it herself, adding pictures, decorations and a note.

Thanks for the ideas. This is a young boys pre-team group though, so I am looking for something we can give individually. I was thinking a gift card to somewhere like Panera or even Trader Joe's, but wasn't sure if that would be a safe bet.
