Okay okay, I know I don't post all that much and I have already bragged a few times about my dd, but humour an old lady will ya? 
My dd trains during the day on Tuesdays and yesterday she was working with a very VERY high level coach that her gym has coming in as a consultant. He mostly works with the older girls, but spent a little bit on bars with dd and her little group.
WELL her coach came out to me when I picked her up just BEAMING and told me dd had an amazing day and that she connected the kip-cast-handstand about 5 or 6 times really well and that the consultant coach was very impressed with her body line!

On a side note that makes me equally as proud, is that when I arrived she was having a blast doing some vault drills with her group and they were all smiling and cheering for each other and honestly having FUN.
