Parents Daughters first meet

Hi everyone
I am fairly new here, but couldn't help posting a note about my 6 year old daughter in level 3. She just had her first meet ever and scored 35.8.
She got fourth place all around! I am so proud of her! (8.6 vault, 9.1 bars, 8.9 beam, and 9.2 floor) I am brand new to this sport and I still have a lot to learn. I am so glad that I found this forum to help me out. Everyone has been so helpful. Good luck to all of your gymmies! We'll be off to another meet in 2 weeks-I hope the good luck continues for us!

Congrats to your daughter! It sounds like she had a great first meet. My dd has her first meet in 2 weeks. She is a 5 year old level 3. I just hope she can handle it and have fun.

I love looking back on Pixie's L2 videos and seeing how far she has come and remembering how tiny she was. Time flies and it's wonderful to get it captured for eternity! I'm such a sentimental sap, haha!
