hi my coach says i need to have these in my beam routine:
-split jump beat jump
-roundoff
-full turn
-cartwheel swing through handstand
-cartwheel back tuck dismount
However, I don’t like my cartwheel back tucks, i just don’t feel confident in them at all. But she said i have to work on them this summer. Which I will work them, but for when i compete, can I do a front tuck dismount?? I know i have lots of time to improve my cartwheel back tuck though..
