Men USAG v FIG

Trying to figure out what the key routine element differences are between USAG MAG L10 JN v. JE v. FIG Junior (for the 16-17 age group if that makes a diffefence), if any. Were there any rule changes that came out for FIG Junior routines after the Jr Worlds in Manila last November?

Can anyone clearly summarize or point to a resource that can explain easily to a fan/spectator?

The Junior Competition Manual explains the ways in which the FIG rules are modified for level 10. Most of the modifications would not be meaningful to a fan/spectator. USAG also has a system of bonuses for meeting difficulty and execution thresholds. JE and JN follow all the same rules and requirements except that JE gymnasts also compete tech sequences at championship meets.

The only recent change I am aware of is on floor. Gymnasts can choose to do a scale or leap. I think there are some leaps that meet the requirements, but it gives them some options.
