I have tried to get my money back, but it doe snot work, i really want my leotards, does anyone know how i can get through to this company, i have send maybe 40 emails now with no reply

I think you do have to call. I had an issue where they held up my entire order because of a special order item. Was one of your items special order? When you order same day ship leos they're usually fast. Anyway, I do seem to remember that they were not good about replying to email, but when I called the person I spoke with was very helpful and sent my stuff right out.

I ordered last Sunday and I had my package by Friday. I still have my packing slip. Do you need their info?

Westham you really need to phone them to resolve your issue. It will cost you a few Euros, which is way better than not getting the leos.

Clearly the company has issues with email contact, but the phone seems to always get respnse. Give it a go and then let us know how it goes.

westham - you should use skype for the call. I use skype for all my international calls, and it really works out much cheaper.

I agree, you need to call. You can also try Pingo ( International Calling Cards and Prepaid Calling Cards ) They have great rates and it works from your home or cell phone. It is a phone card kind of. Good luck. If not, call your credit card company and dispute the charge so you can get your money back. Email is obviously not working.
