Generally, no we cannot.

I believe @JBS can find out if he needs to (ie if somebody posts something illegal or in flagrant violation of the site's rules), but I don't think he knows by default, either.

Post also appear anonymous to us. But we respect the decision you have made to post anonymously.

By default... both myself and the rest of the staff see the posts the same as everyone else.

In order to see who is posting... I would have to go into the back end and change the settings.
