Women Event specialist and regionals

What is the qualifying score you must make at state to go to regionals as an IES? My coach said it was 9.5 but that seems really high just for regionals, I had always thought it was a 9.0, I live in region 8 if it matters.

if you want to know what the score is for your state in region 8 you'll have to PM me and give me your state. see below:

"Specialist category at Level 10 Regionals is allowed. The gymnast
must declare as a specialist by state meet entry and can not compete
in four events at state meet. Qualifying to Regionals requires a 9.30
achieved at state meet. Refer to individual state meet guidelines for
state specialist qualifying scores. No petitions allowed. Entry fees
for Regional competition remain the same as fees for all around
gymnasts."
