Coaches Feedback to parents

Hi Everyone.
In our recent survey quite a few parents mentioned that there isn't enough feedback from our coaches, mostly recreational students. Our classes are mostly back to back so we don't have time to have long conversations with parents, and you know once you start a conversation with one parent they all gather to ask questions!!

How often to you give feedback to parents? Is it verbal or written? I'm thinking maybe to create a checklist style template to send by email every 6 weeks.

Any thoughts of suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Our "sessions" are 4 weeks long. With Covid Restrictions, the classes are not back to back anymore. This does make the communication easier, but we have always been fairly communicative with parents.
We give feedback when needed (ex: if a new girl is in Rec level 1, but the first day the coach realizes that she could be in level 2 OR at the last week of the session if a girl is ready to move up to the next rec level or if she should stay in the same level).
