For a pirouette I would recommend this one...


For cast handstands I would not recommend a bar for the home unless you have some experience in coaching them... and in that case... I would not recommend a home bar... I would recommend a club level bar. There are so many variables... like the power and weight of the athlete.
 
As a coach I like this drill... starting at 2:23 in the video...



You can use that floor bar above... depending on the size of the athlete... either the 24" or 30" barrel.

Probably all more than anyone wants... but there you go.

Thanks for all the recs!! We are definitely not handy people and she doesn’t practice on high bars at home at all. She has her cast handstand down without spot in the gym but struggles with consistency at comps.
 
My daughter has one from Z athletics, it was around $100, very nice quality, it is a steel bar. Don't know if that makes a difference for you or not. my daughter is WAG, and even though she doesn't use a steel bar, she still likes it a lot!
Interesting! I guess it will be similar to the playground bars
