My DD takes leftover dinner, pb-jelly-hemp heart sandwiches, taco kits, rice-beans-cheese, hand rolled taquitos, salads with egg-chicken-ham, chicken salad, egg salad, hard boiled eggs-rolled up lunch meat-veggies-hummus... Anything that can fit in her bento box!

Sliced cucumbers (maybe with a little salt sprinkled on them), kept cold with an ice pack, makes a very refreshing snack! Also berries, grapes. Almond butter/peanut butter sandwich can be light yet filling. Cheese slices, hard-boiled eggs, are nice protein foods. We had made spring rolls one night, and Daughter took one as a snack for gym the next day. Kept cold, it was also very refreshing. (-: Have a great camp!

Personally when I know I'm going to be doing several hours of training at one time (like at camps) I bring low volume, high calorie foods. I don't spend time worrying about 'healthy' or not, so sometimes I bring chocolate, but I also bring nuts, granola bars, sandwiches, fruit, anything I fancy or have in the fridge really...
