Hello, tomorrow my son will be attending a future stars workshop for the first time. He's in the 8 year-old age group and was a L6 last season. I don't really know much about future stars, except what I have read on our region's website. The email I received said this would be a workshop, and next month there's an evaluation. He's not super flexible and seems a little nervous about that. I encouraged him just to treat it like his practices, and learn what he can. From your experiences, is that the right approach? It didn't sound like the kids are evaluated on anything until next month.

It should be a super fun day. I would tell him to go, learn, meet new kids, and have a great time!

We're hoping for a fun day too! Good luck to him and I hope he has fun.

Yes, he had a fun day and learned a lot! I hope you all had a fun day too! His favorite part was trampoline, of course! Haha! Thanks so much for the feedback!
