Hey, so I was talking to my coach about guards and he said I could get them once i got my cast on and toe shoot. I've been working on both of these for a fair while but I only just recent restarted gymnastics after a year away. I was just wondering your opinion on this. I've only been back for a few months. And a few people said my hands won't be hard enough, is this a matter or not?
