"Gym Management" - A New Forum

I really don't know why I didn't open the "Gym Management" forum right away...it's my real area of expertise. I'm currently the director of a large rec. gym. Large being 700+ students at the location that I manage. I do plan on getting back into competitive gymnastics in a little while, but my last 8 years have revolved around running and learning to run a gym.

I know we have some of you that are planning to own a gym one day. This is a great forum to ask questions of that nature.
