hey!!
For breakfast on gymn days i have 2 pieces of toast (anything with carbohydrates are good because they give you long lasting energy) and a small bowl or yoghurt with chopped up bits of banana in it (you can use any fruit you like though).
for lunch i have a salad sandwich (good carbohydrates) and an apple :)
for tea some type of meat like lamb and some mixed vegies and pasta or mashed potatoe!!
really anything with carbs in it is good as it provides you with energy for a long time. stay away from things with simple carbs like donuts, chips, soda ect. goodluck :)
 
I would add a little more protein to your meals, maybe some grilled chicken on your salad sandwich or some cheese. I think carbs provide quick energy but protein is longer lasting and helps you to feel satiated longer, not hungry.

Also, apples have an amazing lifting quality- energy and mood brightener.
 
oh i meant complex carbohydrates like bread apparently they take longer to break down! oh and on my salad sandwiches i do have chicken and cheese hehe
