Her new bar routine! I know she has some cleaning up to do and she said "I know, I know, I had an extra swing on the end," but I am so amazed by her progress. A year ago she couldn't do a front hip circle and was hit and miss on the shoot through and the mill circle. She has come such a long way!

It is fun Sometimes she gets down on herself because she doesn't do something perfectly and I bring her back and say "Remember a year ago? You didn't even have your front hip circle!" She always gets a big grin with that
