I have tried to put together a periodized conditioning plan together for my gymnasts.
I have played around with it a small bit before, but this is the first time I have gone to so much detail.
Does anyone on here have much experience with this? I would like some feedback to confirm that I am on the right track. Not fully certain if my microcycles should peak a week before Nationals, or on the week of Nationals. Currently have it written for the 2 weeks before because the week of Nationals we wont be able to do much conditioning due to travel.
