Helloooo, so I'm having trouble with my hiccup on bars (toe shoot from low bar to high bar).
It's not the toe shoot or catching the high bar that I'm having trouble with, I just cannot get a swing out of it to go into my long kip!
Any drills/ conditioning/ technique changes that you can think of will help!
So if any one can tell me how to get a swing out of the hiccup, thank you! I need this skill
