Okay, so I've been trying to lose a little weight for a while... I'm not at an unhealthy weight, but I have been gaining more weight than I should at this age. Well, my stomach is usually like sticking out 2 inches while my friends aren't sticking out at all. It's SO ANNOYING because I always wear slightly fitted t-shirts and I have to suck in my stomach the whole day so it doesn't look embarrassing.

Well, today I haven't eaten ANYTHING that's junk food or super unhealthy. I had a bowl of plain cheerios, a PB&J sandwich with whole grain bread, a NutriGrain bar, two nectarines, a little bit of meatloaf, and some fresh green beans from my grandma's garden. And I just got back from at least 2 hours of exercise, in which I learned to ride my bike without my hands. ;)

But my stomach is sticking out like an extra inch than usual!! After all my effort to be healthier!!! It's driving me crazy because this has happened like A THOUSAND TIMES before!!!! Any tips that might help?????
 
Chill out! everyone has different body shapes and types. don't worry what everyone else's body looks like. If you are a gymnast that competes you are just fine the way you are. Stop focusing on your tummy and enjoy being young and active.
