Parents Home meets - Scoremaster how to?

We recently had the parents who ran our score table leave our YMCA so now there are a couple of us trying to figure out how to use this Scoremaster program for our home meets. We have been unsuccessful and the website isn't much help because the program is dated. Are gyms still using this program? Does anyone have any information specifically on how we get started using it for our YMCA gymnastics program, it is very confusing. I know once we get everything entered in the correct way it will get easier to use but we are basically starting all over with parents who know nothing about the program.
