How do i join the gymnasts group?

I want to join it so i can comment on the gymnast forums.

you go to the top of the screen were it is like Welcome CountryGymnast and you click on private messages. and then on the left it will have all these things you can do. you click on group memberships and find the gymnast group and click the button that says join group.

Also after you have joined the group keep going down on that and then select idedtify me as this.

I followed your directions, thanks! But are you only allowed to sign up for one group?? I am a former gymnast and a current coach, and I would like to be able to join both groups, but I could not figure out how to. Is it possible to be a member of both?
