how do I "like" a thread or reply?

This is embarrassing - I cannot believe I'm even having to ask!! LOL!! I'm obviouslly missing something...i don't get it!

in the right hand corner of the post there is a "like". just click on it and you have liked the post. After that it will say something like "unlike" so I guess if you want to unlike something you liked before you can then do that to?

is it the thumbs up "facebook" like? Otherwise, I'm not seeing it...
