Thought this would be a good discussion opener:

How does your gym's team program work? Do you compete Bronze/Lvl 2? What is your pre-team? Do you have a pre-team? How many girls are in each Level? What Level are you/dd in? Things like that! (You can also treat this as a gym brag thread if you wish lol)
Me:

We are a pretty competitive gym, and we often get other girls from another gym close to us.
Girls picked from our 4-5.5YO preschool go to our Preteam 1. It is treated as USAG Lvl 1, and they do 1 mock meet. I'm pretty sure these girls learn the lvl 1 routines as well.
Girls picked from our rec level 1 go to our Preteam 2. Most of these girls are 5.5-7+, and this preteam is treated as a USAG Xcel Bronze Team. They also do a mock meet.
For DP/JO/OP
The girls in Preteam 1 go to either level 2 or level 3. We have at least 15 on our preteams, so it usually spreads pretty evenly, and most of the time we have 1-3 girls who have repeated or are too young for JO Lvl 4. Then they move up, levels 5/6/7/8/9/10... until eventually...they are seniors!
Lvl 1 (preteam 1) trains 3 hours a week.
Lvl 2 Trains 4hrs
Lvl 3 Trains 9hrs
Lvl 4/5 Trains 12hrs
Lvl 6/7 Trains 16hrs
Lvl 8/9/10 Trains 19hrs.
For XCEL USAG:
The girls in preteam 2 go to Xcel silver, and in rare cases, xcel gold. The girls share a routine till xcel gold.
Xcel Bronze (preteam) 3 hrs
Xcel Silver: 6 hrs
Xcel Gold: 8hrs
Xcel Plat.: 11hrs
Xcel Dimond:15hrs
