Hey everyone! So I have hyperextended knees, ankles and elbows but not from an injury I think I was just born that way. The thing is, in some gym moves, I get hurt more easily because of it. For example, when doing a back handspring, my elbows really hurt and I have to be careful not to lock my elbows so that I don't dislocate them. So I have to have my arms slightly bent but then I need a lot of strength to not fall on my face. So I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to make my arms stronger to protect my elbows. And also if any of you have any exercises for my knees and ankles as well, that'd be highly appreciated!
