I hurt my back...

I hurt my back on the tramp and it really hurts.Im pretty sure I didnt seriously injure myself,but it still hurts.

So what can I do to make it stop hurting?
Im already on a heating pad and Im about to take some ibuprofen.

I'd be safe and go to a doctor, especially if the pain doesn't go away by tomorrow. You don't want to deal with back problems

I always thought you weren't supposed to use heat for the first 48 hours, and ice first. But I have no idea.. haha

Thanks,Im going to get my mom to schedule an appointment.The pain went away,but everytime I do anything on the tramp my back starts to hurt.
