All I can say is go back to the beginning and work back up to doing it...so start on the floor line, then move to the low beam with pads on either side, then move up until you have the confidence to do it on the high beam. My DGD lost her flight series and it took her almost all season to get it back but she had it back (not great) but back, nevertheless...so just know that you did it before and you can do it again...take your time and you'll be there before you know it. Assuming you are 13, and therefore old enough to be a member here, you are old enough to use correct grammar and punctuation. Please do so in future posts.

Last time I checked level 8's were not allowed to do back tucks on beam, if they were I would have one in my routine.

And you should practice them on lines and up to stacked mats. Then practice them with a beam pad.
