Hi Everyone,
My daughter just recently retired from her childhood/teen-long gymnastics career. Have any of you helped your gymnast plan either public or private events to help her mark and celebrate this part of her/his life? Even if you haven't crossed this bridge yet, I'd live to hear ideas! Many thanks!

Maybe create a video montage of her career from the first time in the gym thru her final meet... Secretly record "confessionals" of coaches and teammates / former teammates too.
A display with her team leos from the start (if they were kept). Hung on a clothesline or wire line, in order from first to last.
A display board of gymnastics pics - both posed and action shots.
Another display of awards.
Those are some of the things we did for our high school senior that grew up in our program a couple years ago.

A gift package related to things she is plannng next. If she has no plans, a gift of possible ideas. Track shoes, music or art lessons..... a cross fit class.
