International dev Trial

Hi all, My daughter is 4.5 and trying out for and International Development team soon.
What would we expect them to be looking at during the trial? it is going to be ran like a class over 3 hours. In Vic, Aus. Thanks

It depends on the program as different gyms usually have different criteria, however there's also similarities. At her age they would generally be looking at natural strength, flexibility, desire/ability to listen and the shapes they make.
