WAG Kip-cast handstand!

I love it when I see a skill for the first time! DD10 L6 did her first connected kip cast handstand! She was so excited. It isn't consistent or particularly pretty yet but she made it! I always tell if you have done it once you can eventually do it again!

My daughter is working on this right now, but hasn't got it on her own yet. She has a nice kip and a decent cast handstand individually, but she needs a bit of an assist from the coach to link the two.

That's a proper grown up skill

Same here...that's the skill my dd is working on! I know she will be super excited to get that and her giant! Bars are her nemesis though!

DD loves the bars but it definitely doesn't come easy! She really has to work at it.

That is wonderful. Very tricky maneuver. It's so much fun to watch the kiddos progress.
