Parents L7 Floor Requirements

As a parent, I was very familiar with the compulsory routines/requirements, but I find the optional requirements confusing because I don’t know the value of most elements.

Does this routine work for L7 floor?

RO, BHS, LO
FHS, FT
Switch leap, straddle jump (do both have to hit 180, or just one?)
Double turn

Just a mom, but as far as I know yes this meets all requirements. A single turn would be fine, the double turn isn't needed. The switch leap and the straddle jump are both B skills, so as long as she gets to 135 she will get B credit and just get a deduction for insufficient split.
