Can anyone tell me where I can find level 10 rankings for region 4’s regionals?

What does that mean? Level 10 rankings? Do all regions have that?

They publish of list of how the gymnasts rank by age group from their various state meets. It gives a general idea of how many gymnasts are in the age group and where you stand based on that one meet.

Not sure if all regions do that.
