Can someone help me understand the dance/leap/jump requirements for Level 6? I know they need a 180 split in something, but can it be a leap or a jump? Does every leap/jump they do have to hit 180 or just one? Like if you do a switch leap to straddle jump, do both have to hit 180? Also, what does a good tuck jump look like? Thank you!

Most common way to meet this requirement is doing a split or switch leap into a jump, unless you can't connect a jump before or after a leap, it doesn't make sense to do 2 jumps in a row.

I think only 1 needs to hit 180, but if you do 2 180s, but 1 or none of them hit 180, there will be deductions or devaluation of the skills (instead of being a "B", it would get downgraded to an "A").

For a tuck jump, toes should be pointed towards the ground, with knees to chest, and the chest facing forward (not looking towards the ground)
