well i don't know what made me try it but i had a really good standing back tuck on my tramp so i decided to try a standing back layout step out and.....it worked within 10 minutes i had a decent standing layout step out :)
 
I figure that i am never going to need that skill for gym (realistically i have to quit at the end of the year - competitive anyway, i might do adult gym instead) and i am really just in it for fun and well maybe its not a good idea but i just tried it a few times and im not going to do it to many times i just wanted to see if i could do it. And the back tuck i do with good form :) i do that in the gym aswell so i know when it was good and bad
