She is still training at WOGA, but had some injuries this year that kept her out of competition. I hope we will see her back soon.

that certainly would be interesting because didn't she move from Woodlands to WOGA because of her dad's job? and now on to Zenith..she can join former Wogette Mckenzie Wofford there...

I haven't hear anything about Lizzie moving gyms......will be interesting. I do like Wofford - she has some unique choreography. I'm sure Lizzie will do well wherever she chooses to train - she's a very talented young lady

well, i thought i understood that she was still with Valeri but had moved back to level 10. zenith is plausible though given where it is and her father's job.

Equally sounds like a mix up with Kocian/Wofford. Apparently Kocian went to level 10 and Wofford is at Zenith.

WHAT?!?!?!? I was so hoping she would remain elite and shoot for the Olympics... as Justin Bieber says... "never say never.' Right? On the other hand, these elites take such a pounding on their bodies...

Wasn't she born in 97? So she wouldn't be eligible for 2012. Maybe staying elite for another 5 years just wasn't worth it. It's got to be so hard for those girls who just miss the cut off, what your body can do at 15 isn't the same at 19. I wish her the best.

Yes, Lizzy is not eligible until 2016, so dropping back to L10 for a year or so wouldn't hurt her chances at all. Staying at the Elite level is awfull hard on a body.

I totally agree that the cut off is very hard. NCAA is a wonderful and exciting option for girls in that situation.

I have to agree, to stay at the elite level for 5 more years would be tough for anyone, even Lizzy.
I do hope that if she drops back down to elite that she might come back up to elite closer to 2016.
And I really hope she doesn't burn completely out and drop out of gym.

But she would do well at the level 10/college level as well.

Zenith has an Elite right? Wofford is there? If so, she can always choose to go Elite next year or the year after....

I can see the gym switch if Dad's job is closer to Zenith. Wish Lizzy all the best - she's a beautiful gymnast and will do great whether she chooses to go Elite again, or stay 10 and shoot for NCAA (if she wants to that is)

I read that she either broke her elbow(s) and was having problems with the coaches so left WOGA to train at Zenith. I wish her well!

Zenith is down the street from us. She does currently train there now, along with Wofford.
