Parents Move up to Level 7 10-11 Year old UK

Hi all
My daughter is moving up through the levels year on year and has only been competing for two years now. 1 st year she had a few medals here and there topped. with a 2nd AA at Prep 2 grading. Which earned her a spot on the regional pathway squad.
This year she has pretty much smashed it. She had a top 10 score in UK for Zinc. Then did development 1 grading and level 6 Aspire. She was AA champ in both for her age group. She worked hard and this year she has progressed so much its unreal. She is so driven to perform her best and absolutely loves competition.

Next move up i want to help her achieve her goals in Copper @ Classic and hopefully Performance 1 @ grading. My question is what should her home training look like for her age and level has anyone got a good template (easy to follow) for training or in a similar position ?

Home training is not necessary and can be detrimental because it can lead to injury and burnout. You should discourage home training except for basics like stretching, handstands, dancing, and maybe a little conditioning. Adding swimming, dancing, or another sport (for fun!) can be helpful for physical development but only if your child has the time and interest.

In general, it is best to leave the gymnastics at the gym and the coaching to the coaches. Good luck!
