They are very tasty, much like carrot cake, and packed with protein because they are made from almond meal instead of flour. They are also very easy to make gluten-free. My nut-hating kid didn't like them because the almond meal contained a few recognizable chunks of nuts (I left out the walnut pieces), but I loved them.
