Women Music the crowd wants to clap along to

DD is looking into new floor music for her upcoming season (repeating L8, probably) and she loves a song that is the type that the crowd WILL want to clap along to. I always hate it when the crowd claps along and I think it can lead to the music not being easy to hear, etc. But she thinks she wants this music. It is very cool music--I just worry about this issue.

What do you all think? Clap-along music--yes or no???

I never wanted nor had 'clap along music.' I feel like it is hard to stay with your music if the crowd starts getting off beat with their clapping!

Mine is rhythmically challenged so for her, it could only end badly! LOL But I think it's a neat thing when the crowd is that into a floor routine.

DD and I picked something, the crowd might not clap along to it, but it's a more "involved" song. I don't like it when you can barely hear the music, I want her to stand out and be memorable. We'll see once she starts competing it.
