I'm... well... sort of a level 4... but my backhandsping needs a major spot... i do it PERFECT OVER THE BLOCK... but flat out on the floor... i need a spotter on both sides because i move to the right... is it all in my head??
Also... some major conditioning for bars would help... something besides situps ans pushups???
