Women Nastia Liukin Invitationals

Does anyone know how a meet becomes a Nastia Liukin qualifying meet? Are they certain requirements that need to be met? Is there an application that needs to be submitted? I can't seem to find any information on how those qualifying meets are selected. Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially from those whose gyms host Nastia qualifiers. Thanks

Assuming you are trying to get your team's competition to become a Nastia Liukin Cup Qualifier, your best bet is probably to have your meet director email the meet director of one of the qualifiers and ask:
