Natural transistion to...trapeze?

We just had bday party at a trapeze school. The instructors kept commenting on how the strong the girls were and I think both were former gymnasts because they discussed the difference in grips on bars vs. trapeze. There were some counterintuitive movements that made them really think but what a blast.

Here is a quick clip of my girls working the fabric and static trapeze. Vermont had 45 mph winds so we couldn't do the aerial. Now we have a reason to go in the Spring.
