Women New Penn State Coach

The new coach is Sarah Shire Brown. She was first alternate at the 2004 Olympuc trials.

Her mom used to post here and was one of the first to post about the difficulties if D1 college gymnastics. Sarah transferred from Utah to Missouri after a difficult freshman year. I hope she has learned and will be a postive change for college gym. I wondered what had happened to her.

I remember her mom, super nice lady. Sounds like a great new start for Sarah and Penn.

I agree . With a mom like that , she must be a nicer coach than some we read about. She posted under a username that was her dogs name which made me smile. I knew someone would remember her.
