It doesn't matter what label you put on it - if it has a sanction it can be used for mobility. By the by, having a sanction implies (requires) the use of 2-judge panels for each event. That is why it can be used for mobility.

I may have used the wrong phrase I am quite new to all of this as well and just was told about the mock meets or in house meets during a meeting for my daughters class as one of a few future possibilities for her. Mock meet was the just the first thing that popped to mind to call it the coach could have called it something different.
