I finally went for my giants by myself at open gym on saturday!!! Before that, my coach would stand on a black and spot me, but I just decided to go for it! The video also has just some random tumbling, too.. ENJOY!

i just have a question,, like whats open gym because we don't have that we just go and train 5 nights a week with our group and coach.. so i was just wondering what the idfferance between that and open gym is?

open gym is on a saturday and kids who dont do gym and kids that do, go in and can do whatever they like using all the equipment!! someone supervises but there is no coach!! sometimes your coach may come over and coach you for a bit though
