panda paws or tiger paws - difference?

Not to familiar with both designs, but get the ones with the padding, slight wedge that sits under the heel of the hand. This is what Larry Nassar recommends. I remember him mentioning that the ones that have that are the better ones, but I can't remember if those where the two brands compared.
