Okay I'm sure there will be differing opinions on this and I'm not even 100% sure what the complete difference between a PT and a Chiro is.
Personally which do you prefer? does it depend on circumstance? do you go through your GP first or go straight to physio?
Personally, I always go straight to my physio with any injury unless a break is suspected in which case the ER is in order. I have never been to a chiro and never to a GP for anything since starting gymnastics - went to a GP to see if we needed an XRay on my foot once before I started Gymnastics but thats it.
On a side note, do any of your clubs have physios that you 'send' or highly recommend to your gymnasts? I only ask this because I'm considering a career in physio and hopefully specialising in sports injuries, and would like to potentially use my club as a source of patients (yes i have been thinking a lot about this) as almost every gymnast needs a physio and it would be a great way of getting a pool of patients particularly when starting out.
