Today at gym, a girl on my team was doing swings I think preparing for a flyaway, and when she swung back she accidentally let go of the bar and flew backwards over the low bar and hit her knee on her nose. She was crying for a long time and had a bloody nose. I just feel really bad for her, I hope she's okay. Prayers needed

I will say some prayers for her. I have seen girls knee themselves in the forehead before- it hurts. I am sure she will be ok. A knee to the nose hurts pretty bad.

We will pray for her too. Little DD did the same thing at practice today. Her teammates and coaches were worried. However, kid walked out of the gym happy and had enough energy at home like always. I could tell she was a-okay. Hopefully your teammate will too!
