I’m looking to put together the easiest possible Level 7 routines while still meeting all the requirements. Can anyone give me a full, exact routine for each event (floor, bars, and beam) using the simplest skills that still fulfill all the criteria? I want to make sure I’m not doing anything harder than necessary. Thanks for the help!

It all depends on what you’re best at but here is the most common/easiest routines I could think of

VT: 1/2 on(can be to back of feet) or front handspring(has to land on feet, no back)
UB: Kip, cast to 45°, clear hip, Kip cast squat on jump to HB, Kip cast clear hip/giant, flyaway(layout or tuck meets requirements)
BB: mount(can be anything you want) , straight jump spilt jump(must be 180°), cartwheel roundoff(must be a connection), full turn, any salto dismount(back tuck, front tuck, gainer etc.)
FX: roundoff back handspring layout(back handspring is optional),split leap straddle jump(or other jump), 1 1/2 turn, front handspring front tuck(or other 2 element pass, MUST BE FRONT!)

I competed level 7 last year and these were the routines I saw the most!
Hope this helps!!!

Do these meet all the skill and difficulty requirements(a/b)(sorry I'm new to gymnastics, but apparently I have all the level 7 skill, but I'm confused)
? Thank you

I would talk to your coaches. Gyms differ in what they allow their gymnasts to compete even if it works for a specific level. None of our girls were allowed to do a cartwheel roundoff series for L7 beam.
Not sure if those routines listed above meet the requirements for 7. My gymnast did L7 years ago and I know that things have changed since then.
